Seasonal arrangements

The Hearth Supper

Four courses cooked over applewood embers for resident guests and travelers, served at the long refectory table every Thursday through Sunday.

Midweek Rest

Two quiet nights for solitary reading, writing, and countryside walks, including fresh sourdough deliveries and pantry provisions.

The Weekend Residency

Three nights in our south-facing chamber, complete with morning farm breakfast, quiet library access, and communal fireside supper each evening.

Suppers from five miles

Every supper begins with what the morning harvest yielded across our neighbouring farms. We cook over seasoned ash and applewood embers without set menus or performative plating, setting the table only when the fire has burned down to glowing coals.

Vegetables arrive unwashed from growers up the hollow, butter is churned three pastures over, and bread leaves the brick oven as dusk settles over the courtyard.
